My Role
Grounded in mind–body, trauma-informed care, my work draws on Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting (BSP), and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (SP) to help you work safely with patterns, emotions, and body-based responses that may be holding you back.
