Space to breathe.

An invitation to move forward,

“A journey through change: from reflection to movement to growth.”

“You don’t have to walk alone.”

Life can feel complicated in ways that keep you from what you truly want. You may be carrying a lot—feeling stuck, anxious, or emotionally drained by trauma, relationship pain, or inner conflict. Maybe you’ve been managing quietly beneath the surface, sensing that something needs to change but unsure how to begin.

You may have gotten used to pushing through—handling things on your own, keeping it all contained, or setting aside your own needs. Together, we’ll slow down, listen inward, gain clarity, and rebuild a sense of connection with your Self—one step at a time, moving forward with the understanding that growth and healing can happen, even in difficult places.

Meet your therapist

Hello, I’m Linda Solheim, a licensed therapist and nurse based in Scottsdale, Arizona. Clients often describe me as steady, intuitive, and deeply attuned. My role isn’t to fix or lead—it’s to walk beside you, noticing what’s happening inside you and supporting the conditions for change.

I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and other approaches to help you reconnect with parts of yourself that carry pain, protection, or wisdom. Whether we’re working with trauma, anxiety, or long-held beliefs, we move at your pace—with compassion, clarity, and respect—supporting your journey toward healing and integration.

Healing doesn’t mean changing the core of who you are. It means coming home to yourself.
